Odyssey Mission Fund is the first in a series of planned “venture funds” dedicated to supporting emerging UK-based businesses at the various stages of their development. The portfolio companies of the launch fund are a carefully selected group of startups that allow collaboration and value co-creation within their core businesses; positioning Odyssey Mission at the helm of South-Asian entrepreneurship.
Details of the Offer
- The minimum and maximum subscription will be £2m and £15m respectively
- The minimum investment will be £10,000
- Upfront fee 5%and Annual Management fee: 1.5% deferred until there are “exits”
- Regulatory Partner: Startup Funding Club / Peach Ventures Limited
- Closing date: 31st March 2020
